Floating Exchange Rate System

Due to the ever increasing global trade, the fluctuations between the values of currencies across the world have also increased considerably. Thus the countries follow different types of exchange rate regimes available in order to manage its currency with respect to a foreign currency and the foreign exchange market. These regimes are closely related to the monetary policy of the country. They both are actually dependent on several common factors. You Better Get On The Right Side of History

Often the US is said to be a bully, and I'm not sure if that is a fair comment, because it seems as if the rogue regimes around the world are so often poking and prodding us, testing us, and pushing their way in international negotiations. Not only that, but when they do this, they often do so for unethical reasons, while they continue to dismiss the concepts of freedom, liberty, and human rights in their own nations. The United States needs to stand for something more, and stay with our ideals.

To change regimes then, there must be a change of ideas. If protests on the street are to be truly effective, a different kind of campaign must be launched. Violence will only make the situation worse, allowing the current regime to find justification for their own violent crackdowns. How can one go about changing a regime then, if violence is constantly used as a threat to thwart public acts of defiance? The only way to effectively fight the current regime is to uncover the ideas and beliefs that are at the root of the problem and attack them at that level.

YA mysteries

the year of the YA Mystery? Soooo many great ones came out this year! In looking over my reading list, I realized YA mysteries made up 75% of my reading material, closely followed by Middle Grade mysteries and YA thrillers. As the year winds to a close, I thought I'd share some of my favorite YA mysteries from 2012. I read a LOT of great novels this year, but the titles on this list are ones that really resonated with me -- or haunted me. A disclaimer: This is a completely unofficial list, based on no measurable criteria except pure gut feeling: I LOVED THESE BOOKS.
